Dress for Success helps women pursue their aspirations by providing appropriate clothing for job interviews, a network of support and career development tools.
The support that we provide our clients symbolise's our belief in every woman's ability to be self-sufficient and successful in her career.
Each year Dress for Success worldwide reaches around 70, 000 women. We have helped close to 750,000 women globally since we began. Dress for Success Wellington plays its part and continues to contribute to women's lives in Aotearoa New Zealand.

The office of Dress for Success Wellington is supported by an Executive Manager, Business Administrator and a team of dedicated volunteer staff.
Marcia Skinnon Executive Manager
Marcia Skinnon comes to us with extensive experience in broad based management roles. With a reputation in delivering excellence Marcia has successfully lead many operational, business, community development and youth projects in a variety of challenging environments. Through an expanding network of partnerships Marcia's focus is to work more collaboratively with referral agencies, volunteers and businesses across the greater Wellington region to ensure all women have the best support needed to transition successfully into employment.
Irene Corpuz - Administration Manager
Irene brings a wealth of experience in administration and accountancy to this role and has also held various volunteer positions within the organisation. She is a professional member with the Institute of Chartered Accountants and Internal Audits and has interests in Rotary, tramping and working out at the gym.

Founded in New York City in 1997, Dress for Success is an international not-for-profit organisation that helps women on the path to work.
Over 26 years, Dress for Success has grown and now has over 130 branches/affiliates from the U.S to Canada, Mexico, the U.K., Ireland, the Netherlands, Poland, France, Luxembourg, the West Indies, Australia and New Zealand.
Social entrepreneur, Nancy Lublin began Dress for Success when she was just 23 and spoke about this on Radio NZ's Nine to Noon, on 3 October 2012.
